James H. Jackson, MBA, CPA

James H. Jackson, MBA, CPA Jim has over 32 years of experience as a practicing CPA - most of those years in the Seattle area. He has raised four children along the way, all of whom have now graduated from college. A priority for Jim is contributing to his community. He makes time to sit on at least one non-profit board in the West Seattle area.

Jim works out weekly at the "Y" and enjoys summer and fall remote back-country backpacking to still his mind and challenge his body. He leads many of those trips as a national hike leader for The Sierra Club.

Ryan Letson

Ryan Letson Ryan joined Jackson, Morgan & Hunt in September 2012 as the Financial Statement Manager. Prior to coming to the firm, Ryan graduated from Washington State University and has spent most of the last 6 years working in public accounting for a national CPA firm in Seattle, Washington. Ryan’s work experience has primarily consisted of manufacturing and wholesale distribution, seafood companies and employee benefit plans.

When not at work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, getting outside as much as possible. You might see Ryan walking in a local park with his family or riding his bicycle around the city.

Seth Milleson, CPA

Seth Milleson, CPA A Kitsap County native with a degree from the University of Washington, Seth returned to his local roots in November of 2011 after spending nine years in Atlanta. Seth has over seven years of public accounting experience with large local firms in Seattle and Atlanta and four years as a corporate tax manager for a large real estate company. Seth has primarily focused on closely held businesses and the myriad of issues associated with them. Seth’s experience, educational background, and natural skill set serve his clients well.

During his time in the Deep South, Seth gained a discerning palate for the many styles of Southern barbecue and a more devout enthusiasm for college football. Seth and his family are enjoying their return to the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. On a given weekend, you may find him exploring a cidery in Chimacum or taking a walk on the beach with his family.

Mike Marble

Mike Marble Michael joined Jackson, Morgan & Hunt in October 2010 as the Senior Tax Accountant. Prior to coming to the firm, Michael graduated from Oregon State University and has spent most of the past nine years working in public accounting with CPA firms in Portland, Oregon. Michael’s work experience has mainly been working closely with small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Michael resides in West Seattle and enjoys playing softball, volleyball and tennis and while watching college and professional football and baseball. He also enjoys hiking and camping, golfing, bowling, singing karaoke, spending time with friends and volunteering. Michael is a lifelong Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks fan, but still maintains his hometown loyalty to the Portland Trailblazers and Portland Winterhawks.

Anthony Caputo

Anthony Caputo After spending fifteen years working in the staffing and recruiting industry, Anthony started a career in public accounting by joining Jackson, Morgan and Hunt as a Staff Accountant in September of 2012. He graduated from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business in 2012, and is currently pursuing a CPA license.

Anthony has been a resident of West Seattle since 2005. He enjoys spending time at local parks and community centers with his wife and daughter, and he serves as the President of the Beta Gamma Sigma Seattle Alumni Chapter. When inspiration strikes, Anthony also enjoys designing strategy games, writing short stories, and learning about music of the past century.

Diane E. Spangler

Diane E. Spangler Diane joined the firm in 2006 with more than 25 years of experience in the accounting field. In her role as an Administrative Assistant, she is an integral part of the team. Diane's calm demeanor and upbeat personality are real assets during crunch time when she collates several hundred tax returns throughout the season. And all with a smile on her face.

When she's not digging into a project at work; you can find Diane digging in her garden. Her other passions include beach combing, shopping, watching movies, and spending time with her two granddaughters, who are after all, the reason she moved from Columbus, Ohio to the great Northwest.

Sandy Watkins

Sandy Watkins Sandy joined the firm in 2008 after working at Windermere Relocation. She has 20 years experience as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. From her first job as a hotel operator at the Arizona Biltmore, to her current role with Jackson, Morgan & Hunt, she has learned how to answer a busy multi-line phone, manage correspondence and scheduling, all while keeping a smile on her face. Her professionalism in balance with her wit and humor keeps the office humming.

Sandy is a true West Seattlite. Born and raised here, she attended Holy Rosary and Seattle Lutheran High School before moving to Arizona for 4 years. She returned home in 1995 and is raising her daughter in the same neighborhood in which she grew up. Sandy is active in her church and spends some of her free time volunteering at the West Seattle Senior Center alongside her mother and daughter.

Kristine Rouse

Kristine Rouse

Kristine joined the firm's Administrative Team in 2009 and comes to us from the world of advertising. Her skills with budget and time management, organization and ability to juggle numerous tasks and deadlines have lent themselves well as she's jumped into the accounting field. Kris and her husband own a small business where she's gained a good understanding of the ins and outs of a small business and has picked up a working knowledge of QuickBooks in the process.

Kristine comes to us with a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University and is a Northwest native and long time resident of West Seattle. Alongside keeping up with two active daughters, she spends her free time volunteering with the Girl Scouts and the Alzheimer's Association. She is also passionately committed to helping people preserve their photos and family stories.
